Payment plan
Standard plan: US$5,000 reservation; 20% of the price on signing the purchase promise contract (less the reservation); 50% in monthly installments until handover; 30% at handover. An alternative of 50% at signing, 30% during construction and 20% at handover carries a 3% discount, and another with a larger up-front payment carries a 5% discount.
