When you fill in an enquiry or brochure form, the details you type (name, email, phone, the project you are interested in, your purpose and your message) are saved in our customer database so that our team can answer you. The database is hosted by our service provider Supabase on servers in the European Union (Ireland). Only members of our team can see the details. When WhatsApp contact is available on this website, the form also prepares a WhatsApp message on your device that you can review and send; we only receive that message if you press send.

When a new enquiry arrives, our team is notified by email. An email service provider processes that notification on our behalf.

If you contact us directly by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the information you choose to share.

We use your details to answer your enquiry, send you the information you asked for and follow up on your interest in a property. We do not sell your data.

To complete a purchase we may share your details with the developer of the project you choose and with the professionals involved in the transaction.

Messages sent through WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.

We keep your details for as long as your enquiry is active and for the period needed to meet our legal obligations.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you, at any time by writing to us through the Contact page.
