Palmas II at Vista Cana is the second stage of the Palmas development by Bluewave Group, located within Vistacana in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The first stage, Palmas at Vista Cana, was built earlier; the master plan shows its block as sold out.
The single model offered is the Areca: a two-storey villa with 118 m2 of construction, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2 parking spaces on a 196 m2 lot with a 91 m2 patio. The ground floor holds the living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, laundry and a half bath; the bedrooms are upstairs, including a master with walk-in closet. Plans are by Atelier Reach Architects.
The price list quotes US$299,500 including a full furnishing package: furniture, appliances, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, curtains, lighting and decoration. A plunge pool (picuzzi) can be added for US$14,500.
Residents have access to Vistacana community amenities, which according to the developer include a lit 9-hole golf course, fresh and saltwater lakes, trails and cycling circuits, restaurants, coworking spaces and an education district. Monthly maintenance was quoted at about US$150 per unit.

Construction payments: 40% in monthly instalments from signing until delivery. Balance: remaining 50% at delivery, which the buyer may finance with a bank of their choice.
